Pricing

Your agents are not the meter

Connect as many as you like, on every plan including the free one. What sets the price is how many people need to sign in, how much customer data you keep, and how much work lands on it.

Your bill never exceeds the plan that covers you. Base and usage past your plan never come to more than the price of the cheapest plan that covers that month's usage and the people, fields and pipelines in your workspace. If they would, you are charged that plan's price and told which plan it was. Add-ons sit on both sides of that comparison: moving to the covering plan would not have made them free, so the ceiling is that plan's price plus your add-ons.

Records are companies, contacts, opportunities, and records of the object types you define yourself. Interactions, tasks and history are not records, and neither is anything archived, so logging what happened and retiring an old account both leave the count alone.

Prices are in USD, billed monthly or yearly for the price of 10 months. Every plan starts from the free workspace and you move up from Settings.

Going past your plan

Nothing stops, and the cap above is what bounds it

Records and changes past your allowance are billed at your plan's rate, in blocks of 25,000 records and 100,000 changes. One record over costs one block. Free is the exception and refuses instead, because there is no subscription to bill it to.

One write that landed counts as one change: fifty records in a bulk call is fifty, a dry run is none, and a retry with the same idempotency key counts once. A write that changes nothing is not counted, so a nightly sync that finds nothing new costs nothing, and neither is a write that only reduces what you hold. Asked four times across two rounds of reviews, and worth answering here rather than in a footnote: on an 88,000-record nightly bridge it is the difference between one plan and three.

Unlimited means we do not delete it on a schedule, not that one workspace holds infinity: a workspace is one database with a 9.0 GB ceiling, about 3,500,000 companies and 10,000,000 records with all their history. We tell you at 80 percent, and at the ceiling new writes are refused while everything you hold stays readable and exportable.

Every workspace after the first is $10 a month, and one allowance covers all of them, so an agency on Solo with eleven clients pays $129. Every CRM feature is on every plan, including the free one: merge, revert, the full history of who changed what, bulk writes, agent connections and export. Paid plans raise the numbers rather than unlocking features. The two add-ons above are the exception, and they are about how people get IN rather than what the product does once they are.

Before you pay

7 days at Scale limits, so the first load finishes

Every new workspace starts on Scale limits for 7 days. Your agent can configure the pipeline, add the fields it needs, and populate months of customer history without meeting a number. No card, and nothing stops mid-build to ask you to upgrade.

Questions a bill should never raise

You can watch usage accrue in Settings during the month rather than meeting it on an invoice. Indraft makes no model calls, so there is no inference to meter and no token markup. And connecting agents is free on every plan: what they do is metered, how many there are is not.

Terms, security and data handling cover retention, deletion and what happens to a workspace nobody returns to.
