Terms of service
Last updated 27 August 2026.
The agreement
These terms, together with the data processing agreement, govern your use of Indraft, which is operated by O'Shea & Sons, LLC, an Illinois company. On anything concerning personal data, the data processing agreement prevails.
Your account
You need an account to use Indraft, and you are responsible for what happens under it, including what the agents you authorize do. An agent's writes are attributed to the credential that made them, and you can see and undo them.
Your data is yours
You own what you put in. We claim no rights over it beyond what running the service requires. You can export all of it from Settings at any time, without asking us.
Paying
Plans and limits are on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you cancel from the billing portal. We do not refund partial periods, and we do not lock you out of your own records over a failed payment: a lapsed subscription falls back to the free plan rather than to nothing.
What we ask of you
Do not use Indraft to store data you have no right to hold, to break the law, or to attack the service or anyone else through it. Do not attempt to reach another customer's workspace.
Availability
We do not offer a service level agreement. Indraft is a young product from a small company, and promising an uptime number we cannot yet evidence would be worth less than saying so.
Workspaces nobody returns to
A workspace on a paid plan is never deleted for inactivity, however long it sits. While you are a customer, nothing here puts your records on a clock.
A free workspace with no sign-in and no agent activity for 180 days is scheduled for deletion, after we email the owner more than once, with seven days to cancel. Any activity cancels it. If you have subscribed at any point, that period is twelve months rather than 180 days, with the same warnings and the same seven days to stop it. Deleting somebody's customer records is not something to leave to a changelog, so it is here.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Export what you hold, then delete the workspace, which is scheduled immediately and destroyed within seven days. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why.
Liability
Indraft is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes
We give thirty days' notice by email before a material change to these terms or to the data processing agreement, and the version you accepted is recorded in your settings.
Law
Illinois, United States, and the courts of Illinois. Questions to hello@indraft.io.
